About The Position

In this role, you’ll lead venue sourcing from brief to booking, helping corporate clients find great options while delivering a high-touch, professional experience. You’ll negotiate smart deals, uncover savings, and keep every detail on track. If you’re organized, client-focused, and energized by a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in. This role is virtual and operates within the Central or Eastern time zone. This role requires previous corporate meetings & events sourcing experience.

Requirements

Previous corporate meetings & events sourcing experience.
Previous experience in venue sourcing, hotel contracting, or meetings and events.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Professionalism and personal integrity.

Nice To Haves

2–3 years of industry experience in venue sourcing, hotel contracting, or meetings and events.
International sourcing and contracting experience.
Hands-on experience with the Cvent e-RFP Tool and Supplier Network.
A positive, team-first mindset.

Stay detail-oriented with systems, contracts, and data integrity in tools like Empower.
Build strong relationships with clients, venues, and internal teams while juggling deadlines.
