Requirements

Aged 18+
Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
Enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions
Strong work ethic and initiative
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Landscaping and turf maintenance an asset
Hand and power tool experience an asset
Light machinery experience an asset

Responsibilities

Maintain overall cleanliness of the outside park grounds, including the track, the ski hill, AIC, and parking lots
Parking lot management during high traffic periods
Maintain landscape and turf maintenance for all park grounds and venues
Snow removal, apply gravel and ice melt
Carry out daily safety and maintenance checks
Assist in general light maintenance duties
Maintain and repair landscape, turf, and irrigation areas
Demonstrate a safe work practice at all times by adhering to all WinSport safety policy and procedures and ensuring one’s own safety is preserved along with the safety of co-workers, direct reports and WinSport guests
Other duties as assigned
