Requirements

Responsibilities

Operate various types of mowing equipment to maintain all greenery and green areas
Perform routine trimming around trees, walkways, and other areas
Assist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of the irrigation system to ensure proper watering of all areas
Plant, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers around the venue and venue facilities
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of groundskeeping equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely
Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed, following all safety protocols and regulations
Assist with leaf cleanup and other seasonal tasks as required
Monitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as needed
Clean all floor surfaces and glass in facility
Clean, restock, and maintain all bathrooms: toilets, sinks, floors, etc.
Clean all guest seating and lobby area
Facility trash removal
Assist other departments as necessary
Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management
Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests with answers and directions as needed
Have general knowledge regarding program options and facility events
Be responsive to guest concerns and direct to appropriate Manager to resolve
