About The Position

This is a US-based, part-time position with WORLDS®, a company that produces fully immersive cinematic music and art projection shows for planetariums and giant-screen theaters. The role is based at The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord, NH. The successful applicant will be responsible for representing WORLDS® at immersive, cinematic projection shows, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The company's mission is to relieve stress, evoke joy, and create a mesmerizing experience for audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience (hospitality, retail, or similar roles preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Consistent availability for scheduled dates.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPhone apps, including WhatsApp.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent judgment.
• A proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• A team player with leadership skills, able to direct on-site venue staff when necessary.
• Availability for the specific schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays from 3:30pm-8:45pm, with initial scheduled dates on 6/13/2026, 6/27/2026, 7/11/2026, 7/25/2026.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, merchandise displays, and charge devices.
• Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a seamless audience experience.
• Facilitate merchandise sales, track inventory, report issues, and request additional assets and merchandise as necessary.
• Monitor the event flow and quickly resolve any on-site issues.
• Maintain timely communication with the Venue Operations team and venue staff, relay concerns, and provide feedback for improvement.
