About The Position

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial Venture Manager to work directly with our leadership team, leading and building large-scale strategic projects from the ground up at Almedia. We’re building the most rewarding engagement engine on the planet, and we need a high-stakes builder to own our fintech ecosystem. As a Venture Manager, you’ll bypass the corporate fluff to secure and scale massive partnerships with payment and banking clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project leadership with a focus on venture building or innovation consulting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and expectations effectively.
  • Experience in Venture Building, Fintech, or Strategic Partnerships within a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale large-scale Fintech ventures from zero to high-revenue integration, owning the entire strategic lifecycle from inception to execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and apply innovative methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Deliver the product-business hybrid logic that makes our integrations seamless and high-converting for millions of users.
