About The Position
NurseCore is seeking highly skilled nurses with hands-on ventilator and tracheostomy care experience to provide one-on-one care for adult patients in the home setting. LPN: $27/hr. RN: $40/hr.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience managing tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients.
- Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
- Minimum one year post-grad clinical experience.
- Current hands-on CPR certification.
- Negative TB test within the past year
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled care for trach and vent-dependent patients in the home setting.
- Manage trachs, vents, airway care, suctioning, G-tubes, and medication administration.
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to vent alarms and respiratory changes.
- Follow physician orders and care plans while working independently.
- Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team.
