About The Position

NurseCore is seeking highly skilled nurses with hands-on ventilator experience to care for adult patients in the home setting. This role involves providing 1:1 skilled care for ventilator-dependent patients, managing various medical equipment and procedures, and ensuring patient well-being through close monitoring and prompt response to changes in condition. The position requires independent work, adherence to physician orders, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recent ventilator experience with high comfort level managing vent patients independently
• Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
• Minimum one year post-grad clinical experience.
• Current hands-on CPR certification.
• Negative TB test within the past year

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled care for ventilator-dependent patients in the home setting.
• Manage trachs, vents, airway care, suctioning, G-tubes, and medication administration.
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to vent alarms and respiratory changes.
• Follow physician orders and care plans while working independently.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the clinical team.
