About The Position

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is seeking a Vendorization Coordinator for their Sacramento office. This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all Service Provider (Vendor) contacts, related databases, and paperwork to ensure the Vendorization process is complete, verified, and implemented. The goal is to ensure that services and supports are current and available to clients. The position will also implement, maintain, and process vendorizations in the Service Provider Directory, providing a positive experience for staff, clients, Service Providers, and the community. Key duties include monitoring the vendor requests email account, compiling informational packets for the CSS manager, coordinating service provider information and databases, ensuring potential Service Providers are established in the Vendor Database, electronically tracking vendorization requests, reviewing Vendor Packets and contracts for completeness and accuracy, and entering accurate information into SANDIS.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; GED or Bachelor’s in related field of study; Business, Social Work, Human Services, or a closely related field
  • 3 years of experience in providing customer service, website monitoring and database development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain all Service Provider (Vendor) contacts, related databases, and paperwork.
  • Ensure all components of the Vendorization process are complete, verified, and implemented.
  • Ensure that services and supports are current and made available to clients.
  • Implement, maintain, and process vendorizations in the Service Provider Directory.
  • Monitor vendor requests email account and compile informational packets for the Community Services and Supports (CSS) manager.
  • Coordinate service provider information and appropriate vendor databases.
  • Ensure potential Service Providers are established in the Vendor Database.
  • Electronically track, monitor status, and provide regular status reports for vendorization requests and applicants.
  • Review all Vendor Packets and contracts to ensure that the required information is complete and accurate for timely completion.
  • Enter accurate information into SANDIS.
