Requirements
- Experience in facilities maintenance, property management, construction, restoration, or contractor services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and vendor management software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with vendor sourcing, recruiting, dispatch, or inside sales preferred.
- Knowledge of skilled trades and contractor services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified contractors across multiple skilled trades.
- Source vendors to support emergency and non-emergency facility maintenance requests.
- Quickly identify and secure available resources to meet customer service expectations and response times.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure ongoing availability and service quality.
- Utilize consultative sales and communication skills to expand the company's contractor network.
- Evaluate vendor qualifications, licensing, insurance, and service capabilities.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to fulfill work orders efficiently.
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and service expectations with vendors.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and market coverage information.
- Identify service gaps and proactively recruit contractors in underserved areas.
- Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned
- Adapt to changing priorities to support department and organizational goals.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, or team outcomes.
