About The Position

The Vendor Services Coordinator acts as a central hub for our vendor operations. This role is responsible for coordinating vendor quoting, scheduling, and service execution for vegetation management, chain-link installation, and other critical third-party services. The Vendor Services Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales and Project Management) to ensure high-quality service delivery, accurate pricing, and exceptional customer support across multiple markets. The ideal candidates for this role thrives with multitasking, solving puzzles, and builds strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of maintaining highly accurate records, documentation, and reporting information.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate chain-link and third-party service scopes of work alongside Sales and Project Management developing accurate customer pricing proposals, factoring in permits and service-related costs
  • Drive the lifecycle of vendor quoting, scheduling, and service execution for vegetation management, chain-link installations, and more.
  • Keep a close eye on vendor performance and quality standards to ensure all services align perfectly with customer expectations.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
  • Support capacity and vendor management initiatives by identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with trusted vendors in key markets.
  • Maintain meticulous records of vendor activity, project updates, schedules, invoices, and service documentation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams regarding third-party service processes.
  • Assist with internal, customer, and vendor presentations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, pilot programs, and the rollout of new vendors or services.
