About The Position

This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining Casa's vendor network. You'll spend much of your time identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting service providers across a wide range of home service categories. You'll work closely with our Concierge and Operations teams to ensure we have reliable, high-quality vendor coverage wherever our members need support. This is not a traditional vendor management role overseeing a large established network. We're looking for someone excited to help build the systems, processes, and relationships that will allow Casa to scale.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, vendor management, property management, marketplace operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excited to build processes rather than simply follow them

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, or service providers
  • Experience in home services, property management, hospitality, or local marketplaces
  • Experience launching new markets or building operational processes
  • Familiarity with CRM or vendor management systems

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit vendors across home service categories including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, landscaping, handyman services, cleaning, and more
  • Build vendor pipelines in existing and future markets
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, referrals, and local research
  • Identify coverage gaps and proactively recruit providers to fill them
  • Support vendor acquisition efforts ahead of market launches
  • Own the vendor onboarding process from first conversation through activation
  • Collect and verify required documentation including insurance, licenses, W9s, and agreements
  • Ensure vendors understand Casa's expectations and operating procedures
  • Improve onboarding efficiency and reduce activation time
  • Monitor vendor responsiveness, reliability, and service quality
  • Gather feedback from Concierge teams and members
  • Help develop vendor scorecards and performance tracking
  • Identify top-performing vendors and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and profiles
  • Build repeatable workflows for sourcing, onboarding, and vendor management
  • Create documentation and SOPs
  • Maintain vendor databases and operational systems
  • Partner with Operations leadership to improve scalability and efficiency
