We are seeking a proactive Vendor Specialist to drive excellence in our product and program enablement. Based in our Huntington Station office, you won’t just manage relationships—you’ll own them. You will lead vendor-specific initiatives, transform complex sales data into actionable insights, and serve as the ultimate product authority for our marketing and sales collateral. This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-starter who excels at juggling strategic planning with hands-on execution. This is an in-office role

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, vendor management sales enablement, product marketing or a related specialist role.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing collateral and coordinating with sales teams.
  • Experience in the K-12 Education or EdTech industry is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.(HubSpot a plus)
  • Strong communication skills- both written and oral.
  • A proactive, multitasking self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned vendors; lead regular business reviews and strategic check-ins to align vendor roadmaps with company goals.
  • Lead the rollout of vendor-specific initiatives, including product training and incentive programs.
  • Own the accuracy of monthly pricing matrices, technical presentations, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Analysis of vendor sales data.
