About The Position

ServiceLink, a leader in the mortgage industry, is seeking a quality-driven and professional Vendor Recruiting Coordinator. This role focuses on cultivating long-term customer partnerships and offers opportunities for rapid career progression and meaningful advancement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. In this position, you will conduct vendor recruitment efforts to expand panel depth and coverage across strategic markets, influence vendors to submit applications, perform follow-up on expired vendor documentation to ensure continued eligibility, and negotiate contract terms with new vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior high volume calling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Valuations and/or mortgage servicing processes, procedures and technology
  • Computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft office, Outlook and Internet research
  • Ability to facilitate relationships with co-workers and vendors with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and expand the vendor network to ensure adequate coverage for client order fulfillment and optimize cost efficiency
  • Influence vendors to submit an application to provide services
  • Negotiate contract terms with new vendors
  • Obtain expired vendor documentation to maintain eligibility and prevent service disruption
  • All other duties as assigned
