The Valuations Coordinator is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for owning the execution of appraisal operations across the full lifecycle — from order placement through report delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring deals move efficiently by maintaining strong pipeline management, proactive follow-up, and real-time visibility across all valuation activity. This is a hands-on, operations-driven role focused on execution, organization, and accountability. The Valuations Coordinator is not responsible for valuation analysis or market decisions, but instead ensures that all appraisal workflows are completed accurately, on time, and without gaps. This person is expected to proactively manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple vendor platforms while keeping internal stakeholders fully informed. Beyond day-to-day execution, this role will help strengthen the valuations function by driving consistency, improving workflows, and ensuring scalable processes as volume grows. This position reports to the Valuations Lead and offers the opportunity to play a key role in scaling a critical function within a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate lender. This is a remote role, with occasional travel required (company offsites, etc.).
