About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Vendor Operations Manager to support operational planning, workforce optimization, and performance visibility across support functions. In this role, you will analyze operational data, identify trends in support volume and service needs, and help ensure resources are aligned to meet business demand. You will partner across teams to support reporting, operational planning, and process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality. This role also contributes to cross-functional initiatives, supports operational readiness for new programs or launches, and helps translate data insights into clear operational actions. The ideal candidate brings analytical thinking, organization, and clear communication, along with the ability to identify operational opportunities and drive improvements through data, systems, and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment focused on operational analysis or workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with operational tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or comparable platforms used for reporting and case management.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical operational recommendations.
  • Experience supporting incident management, operational escalations, or service continuity processes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible business terms.
  • Candidates must be a current member of the Operations or Client Success organizations
  • Candidates must have spent at least 6 months in their current role
  • Changes in Job Profile due to reorganization/team restructure or the Sales/CS level up/auto promotion process (i.e., Account Executive to Senior Account Executive) do not affect time in role.
  • Candidates must not be on an active formal performance improvement plan (PIP) or have an active written warning on their file at the time of application

Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational queues and performance data to ensure staffing and resources align with inbound demand.
  • Analyze case volume trends, operational risks, and emerging issues to provide recommendations that improve service delivery and resource planning.
  • Produce reporting and data analysis using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to identify trends and inform operational decisions.
  • Support operational readiness for product launches, incidents, and high-impact investigations by coordinating response strategies and escalation paths.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and system enhancements across operational tools and workflows.
  • Facilitate operational reporting, planning discussions, and cross-team coordination to maintain alignment on priorities and service performance.
  • Contribute to training, documentation, and skill alignment initiatives that support operational coverage and onboarding.
