About The Position

The Vendor Management Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing vendor performance, service delivery excellence and operational efficiency for our service operations. Serving as the bridge between internal service teams and external vendors, the analyst ensures successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Success in the position calls for hands-on leadership of vendor relationships, combining subject matter expertise with strong analytical capabilities and relationship management. This position is in office/hybrid schedule once training is complete.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your assigned services with ability to independently process items, identify dependencies and provide continuous improvement ideas.
  • Monitor SLA performance daily, identify coverage gaps and work with vendor and service team to redistribute team resources.
  • Review quality metrics and escalations weekly to identify trends and corrective actions.
  • Track productivity weekly to ensure vendors meet IPH/AHT targets.
  • Evaluate monthly forecast against completions to confirm the vendor is meeting targets and assess overtime/holiday coverage.
  • Review, resolve and reduce aged inventory, ensuring protocols are followed by proactively addressing outstanding issues with vendors.
  • Partner with training and support teams on process optimization and documentation.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) facilitation and coordination for vendors by conducting hands-on testing and validating testing through teach backs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with service center managers and serve as primary escalation point for operational issues.
