The Vendor Coordinator will work alongside the Vendor Manager to actively coordinate and oversee facility soft & hard services operations including building maintenance, equipment systems, and JLL subcontractor programs. This role requires constant movement throughout the facility, hands-on vendor engagement, and proactive problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly. A hospitality mindset is fundamental to delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client.
