Scope of Work • Clean common areas and amenity spaces • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors • Clean and sanitize restrooms • Empty trash bins and maintain trash areas • Clean entrances, walkways, and outdoor areas • Wipe down surfaces and equipment • Report maintenance issues or damages • Maintain overall cleanliness of the property
