We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Compliance Analyst Design Assistant to join our distribution team. This individual will possess specialized knowledge and support Tailored Brands Vendor Compliance programs by monitoring vendor adherence to operational standards and driving corrective actions that improve performance, reduce operational disruption, and recover costs. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution Centers, Inventory Management, and Retail Operations to ensure consistent execution of vendor compliance expectations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Vendor Compliance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, or Retail Operations
  • Experience supporting vendor chargebacks or compliance enforcement programs preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting vendor chargebacks or compliance enforcement programs

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor compliance with routing, delivery, packaging, labeling, and ASN requirements
  • Manage vendor chargebacks, including assessment, documentation, dispute resolution, and recovery
  • Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and operational reports
  • Identify trends and root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain and enforce the Vendor Routing Guide and compliance guidelines
  • Serve as a primary contact for vendor compliance questions and issue resolution
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve compliance execution and reduce downstream operational impact
  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain compliance-related SOPs
