Sodexo InReach has an immediate opening for a Vending Service Manager to join their Santa Clara, CA branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the service function within the branch, ensuring equipment is operational, service calls are completed within established timelines, and installs and removals are executed seamlessly. This role drives operational discipline, enforces process adherence, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum-3 years’ work experience in service technician management
  • Proven experience in service operations, field service, or equipment management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and drive accountability
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the service department, ensuring all equipment in the field is operational and maintained to standard
  • Ensure all equipment is prepared, tested, and ready for installs and removals
  • Oversee and support the planning and execution of installs and removals ensuring all installs are completed on time, meet quality standards and follow company procedures
  • Partner with sales, account management, and customers to align on timelines and expectations
  • Enforce adherence to company processes, SOPs, and safety standards – identifying gaps in execution and implement improvements to drive consistency
  • Act as the central point of coordination for service-related activities
