Hourly Pooled - Vending Clerk, Route Driver
About The Position
This position services University of Wyoming owned food and beverage vending machines on campus and other local University locations. On the job training is provided for the latest in Vending machine technology, and the role offers a flexible schedule. The work location is on-campus, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding the location is at 7,220 feet above sea level. Laramie offers outstanding recreational opportunities and close proximity to Colorado’s Front Range and the metropolitan Denver area, with over 300 days of sunshine annually.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
Nice To Haves
- Prior vending experience a plus but not required.
- Mechanical/computer skills (on the job training provided).
Responsibilities
- Pack kits daily with products from warehouse to fill assigned vending machines.
- Drive/walk assigned route on campus re-filling products, checking product dates, and maintaining cleanliness of machines.
- Unload product from deliveries received twice/week.
- Stock warehouse with products and maintain product dates.
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks.
- Perform minor routine services on machines and monetary devices as needed.
