About The Position
Provides vending products and services at a single location. Receives deliveries, stocks vending machines and coolers, collects money, records transactions, and is accountable for cash and product. Maintains vending equipment and areas, supports customers, and promotes products and services. The position is full-time at Roblox in San Mateo, California. The schedule is 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with days that may vary. Pay is $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous microkitchen, pantry, or warehouse experience is preferred; training is available.

Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries of soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries at the customer's place of business.
- Stock shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collect stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise.
- Collect money from machines and refill bill and coin changers.
- Record transactions using the appropriate card or electronic device and remain accountable for cash and product.
- Contact existing customers to determine whether service is adequate.
- Prepare order forms for food and pastry products.
- Inform regular customers about new products or services.
- Listen to and resolve service complaints.
- Perform routine maintenance on and sanitize machines; maintain a clean storeroom and vending area.
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or provide sales promotion materials to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
