About The Position

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking a physician to join its expanding Phoenix-area team, with an upcoming clinic in Surprise, Arizona. The organization provides minimally invasive vein and vascular treatment through outpatient facilities and office-based venous surgery centers. Physicians work with advanced technology and receive administrative support for staffing, marketing, revenue cycle management, business development, and operations. The role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped productivity incentives, with earning potential of $650,000 or more and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 for eligible physicians. It includes a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend work or call requirement, and a partnership-track opportunity. The position is full-time. UVVC describes its clinical approach as patient-centered and focused on minimally invasive procedures for vascular conditions affecting the pelvis and lower extremities. UVVC is a provider of vein and vascular care with more than 60 clinics across Arizona, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and Texas, and is continuing to expand.

Requirements

Board certification in Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, or another relevant specialty.
Unrestricted medical license and DEA certification, or the ability to obtain them before the start date.
Prior vein and/or vascular experience required.
