Vein Physician Specialist - Houston, Texas - Up to $50K Sign on Bonus!
About The Position
United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking physicians for its expanding Texas practice, including the Houston market and The Woodlands, TX. The organization is a national provider of minimally invasive vein and vascular treatment, delivering outpatient care through modern facilities. Physicians are supported in delivering patient care with administrative resources, training, and a physician-focused culture. The position offers competitive base compensation and uncapped productivity incentives, with earning potential of $650K+ and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 for eligible physicians. Physicians receive five weeks of paid training under a Medical Director or Training Provider to attain competency in the care journey and treatment modalities before practicing independently. The role includes a partnership-track opportunity and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call requirement. UVVC has over 60 clinics across Arizona, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Its mission is to provide comprehensive lower-extremity vein, vascular, and wound care through a patient-centered clinic experience and minimally invasive procedures.
Requirements
- Board certification in Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, or another relevant specialty.
- Unrestricted medical license and DEA certification, or the ability to obtain them before the start date.
- Prior vein and/or vascular experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide vein and vascular care and treatment to patients.
- Complete five weeks of paid training in UVVC’s care journey and treatment modalities before practicing independently.
