About The Position
Are you a people person with a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused team member to serve as the connection between our Service and Sales departments. In this role, you'll help customers explore the value of their current vehicle, discuss trade-in opportunities, and identify when upgrading to a new vehicle makes sense.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Engage with service customers to discuss selling or trading current vehicle
- Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork
- Review vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when applicable
- Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions, discuss their offer and assist those ready to move forward
- Work closely with both the Service and Sales team to create a seamless customer-focused experience
