About The Position

Radco is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join their team. The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Store Manager to lead the store team, focusing on building strong guest relationships and ensuring high guest satisfaction. This role involves leading team members in selling and installing vehicle accessories, achieving sales goals, ensuring professional installations, and creating excellent in-store experiences. The position also requires assisting with hiring, training, and development of team members, managing work schedules, and fostering a positive and professional environment. A passion for the automotive industry and accessories is essential, though prior automotive experience is not required as training opportunities are available.
