This position conducts fleet vehicle inspections and completes light preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles. Tasks include windshield wiper replacement, electric light bulb replacement, fuse replacement, interior/exterior detailing, tire replacement, and other assigned duties. The technician will utilize the fleet information management system to record and report vehicle data, maintain tools and equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in fleet, parking, or transportation, or related experience.
• A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stoop, and twist.

Nice To Haves

• May be required to have a Commercial Motor Vehicle medical examiner's certificate for operating vehicles with GVWR greater than 10,001 lbs and less than 26,000 lbs (49 CFR Part 391 and Georgia Department of Driver Services regulations).

Responsibilities
