Vehicle Shuttle - ON SITE TRAINING
About The Position
Road & Rail Services is looking for reliable Vehicle Shuttle Drivers to join their team at the Westlake facility in Jacksonville, FL. This position supports vehicle processing operations by safely moving vehicles throughout the customer property and parking them in assigned locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work, being outdoors, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is based on vehicle volume and business needs, with potential for longer shifts and overtime during busy periods. Flexibility and reliable attendance are important.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ability
- Valid state driver's license required
- Safety-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to meet attendance and schedule requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working outside in Florida weather conditions
- Must be comfortable staying active throughout the day
- Composite or steel toe shoes are required for this position. Drivers are not authorized to wear boots.

- Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and park vehicles in designated locations throughout the facility
- Follow assigned routes and parking procedures
- Assist with vehicle inventory and tracking
- Maintain awareness while working around vehicles, equipment, and team members
- Follow all company, customer, and safety requirements
- Support daily production goals as part of the team
