Vehicle Shuttle - ON SITE TRAINING
About The Position
Road & Rail Services is looking for reliable Vehicle Shuttle Drivers to join their team at the Westlake facility in Jacksonville, FL. This position supports vehicle processing operations by safely moving vehicles throughout the customer property and parking them in assigned locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work, being outdoors, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Schedules are based on vehicle volume and business needs, with start times, shift lengths, and scheduled days varying. Flexibility and reliable attendance are important for success in this role. Employees may have the opportunity to work longer shifts and overtime hours during busy periods, and schedules may be reduced during slower periods.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ability
- Valid state driver's license required
- Safety-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to meet attendance and schedule requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and park vehicles in designated locations throughout the facility
- Follow assigned routes and parking procedures
- Assist with vehicle inventory and tracking
- Maintain awareness while working around vehicles, equipment, and team members
- Follow all company, customer, and safety requirements
- Support daily production goals as part of the team
