Henley Enterprises, Inc, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is looking for individuals who are looking to reach their full potential and enjoy meeting new people and working in a team environment. Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
