About The Position

Henley Enterprises, Inc., the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking a Vehicle Service Specialist. This full-time career opportunity offers excellent advancement opportunities, with 95% of upper-level management having started in entry-level positions. The company provides comprehensive paid on-the-job training, making it suitable for individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels, including recent high-school graduates, seasoned professionals, and veterans transitioning into civilian life. No prior experience in service centers is required, as a dedicated team of trainers will guide new hires through essential services such as changing oil, checking/filling vehicle fluids, and inspecting/replacing lights and wipers.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
