- Enjoys helping potential car buyers make important decisions.

- Is dependable, organized and takes integral ownership over their responsibilities.
- Enjoys learning about vehicles, technology in the automotive business and teaching others.
- Can accomplish and maintain Vehicle & Sales Certifications through Subaru on-line Certification testing.
- Will not be satisfied with walk-in & call-in buyers alone but will master the present and past opportunities in the CRM, following up through texting/calling/emailing and sending videos to convert customer inquiries to showroom appointments
- A team player who accepts continued training/coaching to continuously improve.
- Is reliable, on time and shows up ready.
