Vehicle Product Specialist/Sales Associate
About The Position
Cronin Ford North is looking for an energetic, motivated bilingual Automotive Sales Professional who speaks fluent Spanish and English to join our growing sales team. Our Spanish-speaking customer base continues to grow, and we want a salesperson who can make every customer feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout the buying process. This role offers earning potential of $75,000+ based on commitment and dedication, with a base salary plus bonuses. It is a non-commission based role with a scheduled 40-hour work week that includes days, some evenings, and some Saturdays.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Automotive experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales goals
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Be clear, concise and prompt in setting appointments
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Show Customers vehicle options and take Customer on test drives
- Work and maintain a clean customer relationship management (CRM) data base
- Assist customers with their automotive needs
