About The Position
Automotive Avenues is hiring a full-time Vehicle Sales Consultant in Wall Township, NJ! This role involves guiding customers through the buying process, presenting and demonstrating inventory, achieving sales goals, and delivering a world-class customer experience. You will leverage technology and team support to manage leads and collaborate with sales and finance teammates.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.

- Experience working at a high-volume car dealership
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the buying process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present and demonstrate inventory with engaging test drives and detailed product knowledge.
- Achieve sales by meeting or surpassing monthly goals through transparent, customer-focused selling.
- Deliver a world-class experience from first handshake to final delivery.
- Leverage technology and team support to manage leads, follow up, and collaborate with your sales and finance teammates
