The Czinger Vehicles Production team is seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented technician to join our team in Torrance, CA building the world’s fastest hypercars. We are looking for an individual with the drive and commitment to deliver state-of-the-art vehicles where quality and performance is second to none.

Requirements

Top level automotive certifications
Automotive build experience includes full car assembly- preferably hypercar.
Solid capabilities in sub system builds
Comfortable in using all major hand tools within a normal shop environment as well as basic cut and trim tools
Strong verbal written and communication skills needed
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet deadlines
Must be able to work well independently and with others
Must have ability to follow instructions
Strong ability to adapt and adjust within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Building current and future Czinger models to the highest standards of quality and performance.
Working within a structured, process driven production system following detailed instructions ensuring a consistent product, delivered on time, every time.
Supporting other departments as needed, both on site and in the field.
Ensuring that your work area within the factory is kept clean, professional and presentable at all times.
Helping improve both the product and the process, striving for efficiency while maintaining top quality.
Working within a highly energetic and motivated team.
