About The Position

We are seeking Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support advanced vehicle operations in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working with technology while following detailed processes and safety procedures. As a Vehicle Operator, you will play a key role in supporting vehicle operations, collecting observations, documenting findings, and helping ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to drive for extended periods of time
• Basic vehicle knowledge and ability to perform vehicle checks
• Basic technology and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
• Military experience
• Experience working in operations, transportation, logistics, or technical environments

Responsibilities

• Support daily vehicle operations
• Drive 4–8 hours per day with safety as the highest priority
• Perform basic software operation tasks
• Support testing missions both in and out of vehicles
• Assist with documentation and performance metrics
• Provide accurate written and verbal feedback
• Support vehicle maintenance and logistics activities
• Conduct basic preventative vehicle inspections and checks
• Assist with vehicle movement, storage, and readiness activities
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces remain clean and organized
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
