About The Position

We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support a growing autonomous vehicle program. In this role, you will operate test vehicles in real-world environments, helping advance next-generation mobility technology. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring vehicle readiness, accurate data collection, and operational success.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive for extended periods (4–8 hours/day)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic technical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow structured processes and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Safely operate test vehicles for 4–8 hours per day
• Support daily vehicle operations and mission execution
• Perform basic software and system-related tasks
• Document observations, issues, and performance feedback
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance checks and minor services
• Support vehicle logistics including movement, storage, and setup
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and workspace
• Assist with operational documentation and reporting
