About The Position

The Vehicle Operations Assistant supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles before customer delivery and works with the Delivery team to keep daily operations running smoothly. The role requires adapting to a rapidly changing workload and prioritizing tasks. It offers an opportunity to gain experience and develop a career in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
• Drivers under 21 must have held a driver’s license for at least three years and successfully complete Lucid training upon hire.
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class experience to internal and external Lucid customers.
• Move customer, inventory, and loaner vehicles, including moving vehicles between locations and offsite lots and dropping off or picking up vehicles.
• Manage vehicle inventory readiness by washing, staging, charging, and updating vehicle software as required.
• Assist with lot management to keep vehicles organized and ready for sale.
• Coordinate with external carriers during vehicle loading and unloading; conduct inspections and complete required paperwork.
• Support the Delivery team’s daily operations with varied duties assigned by the Delivery Manager.

Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay of $22.00–$28.00 per hour, providing stable and predictable income.
