We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to manage our Service Loaner Desk. This is a key position responsible for keeping customers on the road while their vehicles are being serviced. Responsibilities

  • Manage the loaner vehicle process from check-out to return
  • Greet customers and deliver a professional, seamless experience
  • Verify driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of loaner agreements and vehicle availability
  • Inspect vehicles before and after use for condition and cleanliness
  • Keep the loaner fleet organized and ready for customers
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally
