AM Loaner Car Coordinator - Bobby Rahal Lexus
About The Position
One of the best perks of buying a Lexus from Bobby Rahal: complimentary pick up and delivery of your vehicle when it needs service. Our clients appreciate this feature and as Loaner Car Coordinator, you are on top of the whole process. You make sure we have an appropriate supply of loaner vehicles available based on the day's service schedule and ensure that our loaner fleet is properly maintained. You also assist the Service team with administrative tasks and fill in for our Service Cashier and Receptionist if needed. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to spend most of your workday seated at a desk
Nice To Haves
- Prior administrative and / or dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate supply of loaner vehicles
- Maintain loaner fleet
- Assist Service team with administrative tasks
- Fill in for Service Cashier and Receptionist if needed
