Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Used Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team! MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 5-DAY WORK WEEK A Day in the Life of a Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (but not limited to): Assist our fleet of buyers in coordinating all aspects of vehicle acquisition after the vehicles have been purchased from our buyers. Ensure proper communication between our buyers and our dealerships Maintains proficiency within each duty Prepare condition reports for each vehicle (need to be able to take pictures of vehicles and submit to company software) Documentation - manage necessary documentation on each vehicle

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Must have valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
