The Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor role involves traveling to automobile dealerships to log information about used vehicles (VIN, equipment, price, mileage) and conducting audits of automotive repair facilities. This piece-rate position offers flexible scheduling during standard daytime, weekday business hours and requires recurring monthly availability. The role is ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking reliable work with opportunities for additional earnings through mileage reimbursement and new hire incentives.

Requirements

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work
• Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
• Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling
• Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, which offers flexibility to determine when work is completed
• Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information.
• Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
