About The Position

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for insurers, repairers, automakers, part suppliers, and more. This role is based in Bryan, TX, and involves completing vehicle inventories at dealerships and audits at automotive repair facilities. The compensation is piece-rate, based on completed work, with a target of $200 per month plus mileage and new hire incentives. While the schedule is flexible, candidates must be available during standard daytime, weekday business hours to complete assigned tasks. The work requires recurring monthly availability and involves traveling to dealerships to log vehicle information (VIN, equipment, price, mileage) and conducting visual inspections at repair facilities according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines. Accurate and timely data submission is crucial for audit programs, reporting, and market valuation. Requirements

Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit work
Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments

Responsibilities

Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, which offers flexibility to determine when work is completed.
Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information.
Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.
