About The Position

CCC is hiring in Davenport, IA for a Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor. This is a piece-rate role compensated based on completed vehicle inventory and audits rather than hourly work. The work schedule is flexible, but candidates must have sufficient availability during standard daytime, weekday business hours to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit work. Vehicle inventory and audit workloads vary by location and require recurring monthly availability. Vehicle Inventory Reps travel to specific automobile dealerships to inventory their used vehicle fleet, by logging information about each vehicle, including the VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. Additionally, this role completes audits of automotive repair facilities within a specific area. This position is ideal for those seeking reliable supplemental income.

Requirements

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is for submitting data
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work
• Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
• Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling
• Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting audit information.
• Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
