About The Position

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for insurers, repairers, automakers, part suppliers, and more. This role involves traveling to automobile dealerships to inventory their used vehicle fleet by logging information such as VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. Additionally, the position requires completing audits of automotive repair facilities within a specific area. This role is ideal for individuals seeking reliable supplemental income and offers flexible scheduling for self-scheduling vehicle inventory work, while audits are scheduled based on availability. The compensation is piece-rate, based on completed work rather than hourly, with a target of $315 per month plus potential for more, mileage reimbursement, and new hire incentives. Candidates must have sufficient availability during standard daytime, weekday business hours to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 30 miles for scheduled audit work
• Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
• Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling
• Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, which offers flexibility to determine when work is completed
• Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information
• Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
