About The Position

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for insurers, repairers, automakers, part suppliers, and more. This role involves traveling to automobile dealerships to inventory their used vehicle fleet by logging information such as VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. Additionally, the position requires completing audits of automotive repair facilities within a specific area. This is a piece-rate role compensated based on completed vehicle inventory and audits, offering flexible scheduling and supplemental income. The work requires recurring monthly availability during standard daytime, weekday business hours.

Requirements

Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is for submitting data
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit work
Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments
A video interview is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting audit information.
Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.
Travel to specific automobile dealerships to inventory their used vehicle fleet, by logging information about each vehicle, including the VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.
