About The Position
CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for various industry stakeholders. CCC is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Auditor in Ontario, CA. This is a piece-rate role compensated based on completed vehicle audits, offering supplemental income. The role involves completing audits of automotive repair facilities within a specific area, requiring recurring monthly availability. While the schedule is flexible, candidates must have sufficient availability during standard daytime, weekday business hours to complete assigned audit work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to travel up to 200 miles for scheduled audit work
- Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
- Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring scheduled audit assignments

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling
- Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting audit information.
- Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
- Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
