About The Position
This role is responsible for the accurate installation, removal, and finishing of vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on a variety of vehicles. Demonstrate hands-on experience with vinyl application, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and can work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed.
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checks

Responsibilities
- Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and partial or full vehicle wraps
- Prepare vehicles for installation, including cleaning, measuring, and surface prep
- Accurately follow layout instructions, design proofs, and job specifications
- Use proper tools and techniques to ensure bubble-free, clean, and durable installs
- Remove and replace existing graphics when required without damaging vehicles
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
- Communicate with team members and management regarding job status and timelines
- Review daily work orders and installation schedules
- Wash and prep vehicles for graphics installation
- Apply vinyl graphics to cars, trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles
- Trim, heat, and finish vinyl edges for a professional appearance
- Perform post-installation inspections and touch-ups
- Safely move and position vehicles in the shop
- Clean workstations and return tools at the end of each day
