The Vehicle Fleet Manager is responsible for the oversight of BOK Financials’ entire vehicle fleet. This person manages the purchase and sustainment of fleet vehicles as well as aspects relating to the successful ongoing operation of the vehicle. This position works closely with Contracts, Finance, Human Resources, Physical Security, Enterprise Risk Management, certain lines of business and is a part of the Purchasing group in Operations. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in liberal arts or related field of study and 2 years of directly related vehicle fleet experience and/or 4 years of vehicle fleet experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Sufficient organizational capabilities to manage schedules, maintenance and repairs.
  • Understanding of applicable regulations, maintenance and technology pertaining to fleet management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing fleet data to identify optimal fleet performance.
  • Problem solving ability to address urgent repairs and/or operational bottlenecks.
  • Strong initiative and ability to operate with minimal oversight.
  • Management of time efficiently to co-ordinate schedules, meet deadlines and serve both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • A working knowledge of MS PowerBI recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle allocation, sustainment, acquisition, maintenance management, shipments, disposition, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize and maintain a fleet management information system to track vehicle inventory, utilization, maintenance schedules, and other key performance metrics.
  • Track total cost of ownership per vehicle by calculating cost per mile, including maintenance, fuel, insurance, registration, and administrative expenses.
  • Maintain a corporate-wide fleet management policy and develop annual fleet right-sizing recommendations.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with local, state, and federal registration regulations.
  • Manage relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and other vendors.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and staff on fleet policies and procedures.
