About The Position
You will contribute to the success of the department by ensuring the operational readiness of the Fleet Loaner Pool vehicles to serve the needs of different departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Operate office equipment including copy and facsimile machines
- Maintain a high standard for Customer Service
- Two (2) years of directly related experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet vehicles are maintained to specific standards for safe operation, overall cleanliness and physical appearance to maintain the image and reputation of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
- Ensure that each vehicle is compliant with all State of Oklahoma requirements for a valid vehicle registration, valid license tag, verification of insurance certificate.
- Ensure that each Fleet Loaner Pool vehicle is equipped with mileage logs, a Voyager fuel card and instructions for use, a valid toll tag, a complete vehicle safety kit, and any other equipment by State of Oklahoma Law or Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma policy.
- Assist Fleet Loaner Pool Vehicle users with main delivery and orientation of procedures for appropriate use of the vehicle.
- Transport vehicles to appropriate locations for maintenance, detailing, repairs or other needs as instructed.
- Transport and delivery of newly purchased Fleet vehicles to the appropriate location.
- Respond to roadside assistance requests.
- Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
